Order Closing Date Announcement

Our new batch pre-order is started now!!!

Please send your order to ezimum@gmail.com before closing date closed. Expected arrival date to your door step will be around within 2 - 3 weeks or earlier as it depends on our courier service from oversea.

For ready stock items, we can send it out on EVERY SATURDAY after your payment has been well received and cleared. Please provide your bank-in transaction slip as proof of payment. Please click Payment and Terms & Conditions for more details.

Terms and Conditions

1. All products are quoted in MYR but excluded with postage.

2. All products are 100% brand new and QC passed.

3. Photo of all ready stock items are captured by ourselves with digital camera. Thus, the colour of the item may differ from the photo due to lighting in photo shooting. Our aim is to provide the actual photo of ready stock items.

4. Pre-order items, the colour might be a little bit different from the picture because of lighting in photo shooting. We do not guarantee that the apparels shown in the website will have resemblance to the actual apparel. We only provide relevant information; which is given by our supplier, like size, material, dimension and colour.

5. Purchased item(s) will be shipped out on EVERY SATURDAY after payment received. We will send you the consignment number for tracking via email. Urgent delivery can be made upon arrangement. Shipping charges are RM6.00 for first 500 grams to Pennisular Malaysia, additional RM1.50 for next 250 grams; RM9.00 for first 500 grams to Sabah & Sarawak, additional RM2.50 for next 250 grams.

6. Payment must be made within 3 working days. After making payment, please send us an email with payment receipt or relevant information like amount, date and bank name to EZIMUM@GMAIL.COM or you can text to 012-533 8480.

7. Goods sold are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT EXCHANGEABLE. We will check the item(s) thoroughly to ensure the item(s) in good conditions before sending.

8. Shipping charges will be borne by buyer.

9. Item(s) will be packed properly with given consignment bag from Post Office. Seller should not hold responsible for any lost and damages during delivery. However, we will try our best to make a claim from Post Office/PosLaju.

10. The delivery lead time will be 2 to 7 working days approximately. It is subjected to different destination.

11. Once the order has been placed, you have agreed with the above terms and conditions. We reserve the rights to make adjustments from time to time.
